AppleInsider is reporting that Apple is planning to unveil three new distinct iPod models in 2007. The first should be the video iPod that has been swirling as rumour since the dinosaurs roamed the earth (here and here for example). Apparently, the latest hold up may be Steve Jobs himself who so far been unwilling to commit the marketing and other resources necessary to bring the device to market.
Little is revealed about the other two models we’re supposed to see. Speculation suggests that one could be a 16GB Flash video iPod. And don’t forget that Toshiba 100GB 1.8-inch hard drive that just came out.
