ThinkOutside has released a Bluetooth keyboard for your RIM device. Weighing less than 7 ounces, the Shasta keyboard should help users alleviate their thumb-typing dependency. Opened up, it features a full QWERTY keyboard with 16mm spacing, a 5th row of keys dedicated to numerical entry and a number of hot key combinations for commonly used applications.
The keyboard is powered by 2 AAA batteries that should offer 90 hours of continuous use or 168 hours of standby. The driver can be installed over the air.
The Shasta is currently available for the BlackBerry 7100, 7200 and 7500 series at a price of $99.99 USD.
