MSMobiles.com has a preview of the forthcoming HTC Muse (Is anyone else having trouble keeping track of all these upcoming HTC models?).
Powered by Windows Mobile 5.0, the Muse will come with triband 3.5G capabilities (GPRS, EDGE, UMTS and possibly HSDPA) as well as WiFi, Bluetooth and IR. It will have a 416Mhz processor, 64MB of RAM and 64MB ROM, 4GB of NAND Flash memory and a Micro SD slot. If that’s not enough, it will also come with an FM radio, dual stereophonic speakers, USB 2.0, TV-Out and a 2.1MP camera with flash. No kitchen sink?
If there is one spec that is less than awe-inspiring, it has to be the square 240×240 screen. A 480×480 screen would have been icing on the cake.
The expected release date is July 2006.
