BOnTime, the time tracking software that we reviewed back in March is changing hands. BSystems‘ Darryl Burling, its developer, recently got a new job with Microsoft in New Zealand and quickly realized that he would not be able to devote the necessary time to continue to develop BOnTime. So, Darryl decided to put the source code up on eBay. Now comes word that the auction has closed and that BOnTime has a new owner.
No word yet on who will be assuming future development of BOnTime, but, if anything, the sale should ensure that development continues forward and that new features make it into this useful tool.
Update: Darryl’s blog indicates that BOnTime is going to be picked up by Chris Auld and the team at Kognition.
